I sent the prescription how the process works

If you have sent your prescription to sales@jetivf.com, please receive a confirmation email for your order. If you have not received it, you can contact us on our whatsapp line.

Can I order by phone?

Yes, you can.Our customer representative will respond immediately at our US number +14694981892.

How soon do I get my order?

After the payment is made, your medicines are shipped within working hours on the first working day and you can receive them within 3-5 working days. Our recommendation is that you place your order 2 weeks in advance due to customs clearance problems, even if it is very unlikely.

How much is the transportation fee?

We charge a fixed fee of $35.00 for shipments.

How Can We Sell The Same Product For Cheaper?

Thanks to the European Union regulations and the different pricing policies of the pharmaceutical companies according to the countries, you can buy the same drugs at a more affordable price.

Are there any unmentioned costs or taxes involved?

No, there is no unmentioned extra cost. Products purchased for individual and private use are exempt from tax.

What's the expiration date on the drugs?

International Medicines Agencies, including the European Medicines Agency and the FDA in the United States, require expiration dates and lot numbers printed on the outer packaging and on each ampoule. In accordance with these directives and regulations, the expiry dates of drugs vary between 1-4 years from the date of shipment.

How do you send the drugs?

It will be delivered by DHL Express, FedEx or UPS. All are delivered at the door. Please contact us for details.

What is your return policy?

All our sales are final.

Please note that for buyer’s protection, all medicines are non-refundable and non-refundable. We make sure that your medicines are properly stored and not tampered with. Under no circumstances will JET IVF accept any medication for return or refund. All our sales are final.
